Yellow Rudishva Identity Plaque

• High-priority credential (“yellow card”).
• Opens multiple iris doors in the Rudishva Bastion and related secure areas.
• Can pacify/suppress some Rudishva security constructs when presented.
• Used to activate specific teleporter panels and bypass force-field controls.
