A psychotic halfling thug (also referred to as “Plumit” or “Plum-something”) who is rumored to have taken over the top level just under the Pyramid of Thoth. He reportedly refuses to let anyone pass without buying an “exploration license,” and his goons are said to be armed with potent magic wands.
